En esta gu\u00eda, <strong style=\"color:#0a2540\">ELICROM Per\u00fa<\/strong> \u2014laboratorio de metrolog\u00eda con acreditaci\u00f3n ISO\/IEC 17025 y sede en Lima\u2014 presenta un marco t\u00e9cnico verificable sobre la calibraci\u00f3n de <strong style=\"color:#0a2540\">ox\u00edmetros, pHmetros, potenci\u00f3metros, conduct\u00edmetros, medidores TDS, turbid\u00edmetros, color\u00edmetros y multipar\u00e1metros de calidad de agua<\/strong>: definiciones, magnitudes, metodolog\u00eda, alcance acreditado y criterios de selecci\u00f3n de proveedor. Los rangos y CMC de la tabla corresponden exclusivamente al <strong style=\"color:#0a2540\">alcance acreditado vigente en Lima<\/strong> (actualizado 18 de febrero de 2026), publicado por el organismo acreditador.<\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"color:#0a2540;font-size:31px;font-weight:700;margin:42px 0 16px;padding-bottom:10px;border-bottom:3px solid #06b6d4;line-height:1.25\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la calibraci\u00f3n electroqu\u00edmica?<\/h2>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;color:#1a1a1a;margin:0 0 22px\">Seg\u00fan el <em>Vocabulario Internacional de Metrolog\u00eda<\/em> (VIM, JCGM 200:2012), la calibraci\u00f3n establece la relaci\u00f3n entre los valores indicados por un instrumento y los valores de referencia con su incertidumbre asociada. En instrumentos electroqu\u00edmicos \u2014pHmetros, conduct\u00edmetros y medidores de ox\u00edgeno disuelto\u2014, calibrar significa <strong style=\"color:#0a2540\">cuantificar el error con el que el equipo mide la magnitud de inter\u00e9s<\/strong> (pH, conductividad el\u00e9ctrica, TDS, ox\u00edgeno disuelto, turbidez o cloro residual, seg\u00fan el caso) mediante comparaci\u00f3n con patrones certificados: soluciones tamp\u00f3n de pH, est\u00e1ndares de conductividad, agua desoxigenada y saturada de ox\u00edgeno, est\u00e1ndares de formazina o soluciones patr\u00f3n de cloro, La <strong style=\"color:#0a2540\">conductividad el\u00e9ctrica<\/strong> se expresa en microsiemens por cent\u00edmetro (\u00b5S\/cm) o milisiemens por cent\u00edmetro (mS\/cm). Los <strong style=\"color:#0a2540\">s\u00f3lidos disueltos totales (TDS)<\/strong> se reportan en miligramos por litro (mg\/L), derivados de la conductividad seg\u00fan el factor del equipo. El <strong style=\"color:#0a2540\">ox\u00edgeno disuelto (OD)<\/strong> se expresa en miligramos por litro (mg\/L O\u2082) y es cr\u00edtico en acuicultura y tratamiento de aguas en Per\u00fa. La <strong style=\"color:#0a2540\">turbidez<\/strong> se mide en unidades nefelom\u00e9tricas (NTU). En <strong style=\"color:#0a2540\">color\u00edmetros de cloro<\/strong>, la magnitud es la concentraci\u00f3n de cloro residual libre o total en miligramos por litro (mg\/L Cl\u2082).<\/p>\n\n<h2 style=\"color:#0a2540;font-size:31px;font-weight:700;margin:42px 0 16px;padding-bottom:10px;border-bottom:3px solid #06b6d4;line-height:1.25\">Metodolog\u00eda de calibraci\u00f3n en ELICROM Per\u00fa<\/h2>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;color:#1a1a1a;margin:0 0 22px\">ELICROM Per\u00fa aplica el m\u00e9todo de comparaci\u00f3n directa con patrones certificados. Para <strong style=\"color:#0a2540\">pHmetros y potenci\u00f3metros<\/strong>, se comparan las indicaciones con soluciones tamp\u00f3n trazables en los puntos 2, 4, 7, 10 y 12 pH. En <strong style=\"color:#0a2540\">conduct\u00edmetros y medidores TDS<\/strong>, se emplean est\u00e1ndares de conductividad desde 1 \u00b5S\/cm hasta 100 000 \u00b5S\/cm. En <strong style=\"color:#0a2540\">ox\u00edmetros y oxigen\u00f3metros<\/strong>, se calibra en cero (agua desoxigenada) y en saturaci\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno seg\u00fan la ecuaci\u00f3n de Benson-Krausen a temperatura controlada. En <strong style=\"color:#0a2540\">turbid\u00edmetros<\/strong>, se comparan con est\u00e1ndares de formazina estabilizada. En <strong style=\"color:#0a2540\">color\u00edmetros<\/strong>, se verifican con est\u00e1ndares de cloro residual total y cloro libre residual.
